My belt gets caught on the seam along the back inside of the case. Is this normal? This is only a temporary issue. We recommend placing the case on your belt first, then inserting your Multi-Tool. Within a few days, the leather will mold perfectly around your belt, resolving the initial catch.

Why is my case so tight fitting around my Multi-Tool? Depending on the shape of your Multi-Tool, some of our leather cases may fit snugly at first. However, with a few days of use, the leather will break in and accommodate your tool for easy insertion and extraction.

Why doesn't my case fit my Multi-Tool? Ensure that you are inserting your Multi-Tool correctly, as demonstrated in our user videos, and that you have pushed it all the way to the bottom of the case. Also, double-check that you ordered the case designed for your specific Multi-Tool model.

Will this case fit any additional bits? Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a case to hold the additional bits for any Multi-Tools.
